Ahhh. I had thought so (LOL, on both counts). Let me ask you, HOW are you incorporating the backlight? If this were a human subject, I would place it about 3 feet behind the couple just below shoulder height. I can't quite figure out how to incorporate it with something as small as a cat or dog........

What is I do is very similar to the lighting diagram in your 2006 article on Helmi.
