It's hard to find a descent water shot around San Antonio with the extreme drought. Last weekends walk down on the riverwalk gave me this image.

Sorry but you can't embed Flickr shots on this site using the [img] tag. It only works with the image file itself and Flickr prevents you from getting to that nowadays. It's one of the reasons I use Zenfolio for images I might want to use elsewhere.

It's the first time I've had any free time in 3 weeks and the weather was supposed to be great. In typical Oregon Coast style, however, nothing but gray skies, even with it being 80F I trusted my light meter and didn't check my shots until getting home. The one out of 60 photos I got lazy on and "over-exposed" at the coast ended up being the only one with the right exposure. I can probably salvage some of the others when I have more time to work with them. Anyways

Hey Guys,

I am going to be putting up a poll by this weekend for the photos. It would be ideal if we can narrow down the multiple entries. If not, since this is a 'friendly contest' and our first one ever, I will just let it go as it stands.

So, if you entered multiple entries, please narrow your choices down to one. For example, I am going with my shot of Mahkayla on the water. Easy call.

I prefer the Water Buffalo shot, but if it doesn't count, than by default the Cape Maeres shot.

George, Thanks for the help. I opened an account at Zenfolio. Here is my water photo. We are really hurting for any water at all. We can not even get a tropical storm to work on our behalf.
